• We Dues: The $30 per household yearly dues ensure WPTBC has the resources to achieve its goals effectively. 

• Discussion and possible vote on changing the name of the block club to West Park Terrace Neighborhood Association

• Discussion and possible vote on reimbursing Lonella Enix 186.90 for paying for the WPTBC website created on Wix along with the Wix website security fee of $12.90.

• Discussion and possible vote on creating a committee to research the practicality and process for WPTBC to become a 501c3

• Discussion and possible vote on approving a Vice-Chair and Secretary.

• WPTBC bi-monthly social gatherings. An opportunity to become acquainted with our neighbors and support local restaurants. First gathering will be at Fiesta Martin. Choose a date and time.
